Our Pack-house,
Cold-Storage and Shipping Crew
forms up for each season
beginning in our late summer (early February.) Harvest, packing, storage
and shipping continue throughout the remaining summer months and finish up late
autumn around the end of June each year.
We have a mix of returning and new staff each
season comprising of local and visiting personnel.
